Shipping and Delivery

Prices are listed various currencies, NZD, AUD,  USD, CAD, EUR and GBP dollars. You can select your preferred currency from the main menu.

All artwork is tracked, I don't actively send out these tracking details, but please get in touch with me if you need an update of where the package is and what its timing for delivery is.  I endeavour to reply to emails as soon as physically possible.  Thank you for your understanding.

Please allow 3-5 weeks for delivery of your artwork.

Your beautiful artwork will take some time to reach your doorstep.  Each piece is printed to order.  Please be aware that I am also not always able to get your order underway straight away as I may be away on a photography trip, away from my office.  I will endeavour to get your order fulfilled as quickly as possible to minimise your wait time.

If you are purchasing this as a gift for someone else for a specific event, please get in touch with me via the contact page as early as possible to ensure the best possible outcome for you.

If for any reason your artwork arrives and is damaged. Please document the incident, by taking a collection of photos of the exterior packaging and the damaged artwork itself.  Please email through the photos to me at jason@jlphoto.co.nz so I can assess the artwork and get a replacement shipped to you as soon as possible.
